Sales Specialist – Digital Solutions

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist to expand its digital business in Indonesia. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers with digital transformation and promoting ABB’s innovative solutions while contributing to growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Sell digital solutions to customers, meeting volume, mix and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and their digital stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Prepare sales plans using ABB‑authorized tools and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel as required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital solutions, automation, industrial software, sales or a related field.
• Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
