IT Analyst – Infrastructure for SILNAS

About the role

UNDP is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst to support the Integrated National Health Laboratory Information System (SILNAS) for Indonesia's Ministry of Health. The role will ensure reliability, scalability and security of the system’s cloud and on‑premises infrastructure throughout implementation and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement cloud‑based and on‑premises datacenter infrastructure, including server provisioning, storage configuration and virtualization.
• Configure production, staging and development environments and implement high‑availability, load‑balancing and disaster‑recovery mechanisms.
• Design and enforce a comprehensive information‑security framework covering IAM, encryption, firewall, IDS/IPS and SIEM solutions.
• Design, configure and maintain WAN, VPN and internet connectivity, ensuring network segmentation, routing and bandwidth management.
• Monitor servers, network devices and security systems using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana or Prometheus, and resolve infrastructure‑related issues promptly.
• Provide technical assistance, capacity‑building training and knowledge‑transfer workshops to the Ministry of Health IT team and SILNAS developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and managing IT infrastructure in health‑sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and on‑premises environments, security protocols, networking and system monitoring.
