Financial Patient Program Lead

About the role

The Financial Patient Program Lead is responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving patient financial assistance programs in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with laws, company policies, and patient privacy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program design, governance, compliance assurance, and performance reporting.
• Manage external service providers, contracts, service levels, and third‑party risk.
• Oversee financial controls, reconciliation of rebates, inventory monitoring and risk analysis.
• Lead issue resolution, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop the FPP Associate Specialist and Field Team, ensuring effective field engagement and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in program management within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external partners.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and patient privacy standards.
