Tentang Posisi

Posisi Call Center Perbankan bertugas menangani panggilan inbound dan outbound dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun Inggris untuk melayani nasabah bank.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menjawab semua panggilan masuk dan melakukan panggilan keluar.
Mendengarkan keluhan nasabah dengan seksama dan merespon secara sopan.

Profil yang Dibutuhkan

Minimal lulusan SMA dengan pengalaman Call Center ≥1 tahun.
Usia maksimal 28 tahun, belum menikah, tidak berencana melanjutkan kuliah dalam waktu dekat.
Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift dan bersedia ditempatkan di Bintaro atau Hayam Wuruk.

Keterampilan yang Dibutuhkan

Pengoperasian komputer.
Kemampuan bahasa Inggris (minimal pasif).
