Business Security Manager - Indonesia

About the role

Indonesia AirAsia is looking for a Business Security Manager based in Tangerang, Jakarta Raya, Indonesia. The role reports directly to the Group CISO and advises technical teams and employees on Group information security requirements, ensures compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS and NIST CSF, and manages information security incidents. It also acts as the primary cybersecurity leader for the business in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Align enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap with business objectives and embed security into digital projects and operations
• Provide strategic threat briefings to business leadership and validate cyber architecture decisions
• Operationalise cyber security risk management, including business impact assessments and secure-by-design deployment of controls
• Manage cyber risk acceptance, mitigation and reporting, and represent cybersecurity in external audits, customer security reviews and regulatory submissions
• Take part in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills and work with in-country Data Protection Officers
• Coordinate business communication, impact analysis, post-incident review and remediation with business teams
• Drive cyber security change programs, awareness and behaviour, and report business-level security KPIs and KRIs to business leaders and the CISO

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business with IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in information security governance, risk management and compliance, projects or change management
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP or CGEIT are an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Required skills

• Working knowledge of IT and information security regulations and standards, especially ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS
• Local information and cybersecurity regulations are a huge advantage
• Ability to develop, review and maintain documentation in a timely manner
