IT Supervisor (Infrastructure)

About the role

Lesaffre Sari Nusa, an affiliate of the Lesaffre Group, is hiring an IT Supervisor (Infrastructure) in Malang. The role maintains, monitors and supports the organisation's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems and related hardware and software, ensuring performance, security and availability. It also covers troubleshooting, end-user assistance and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks and storage systems, perform routine checks, backups and updates, and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Provide technical assistance to staff, respond to support tickets and escalate complex problems, and train users on best practices for IT systems and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls, and ensure regular patch management and system updates.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.
• Manage network performance, firewalls, VPNs and security systems deployed in the local market, and lead compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations and deployments, collaborate with regional and group IT teams on new technologies, and lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Lead hyper-care system implementation as part of change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; English is a must.

• Windows/Linux server administration
• Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or equivalent)
• Preferred: Checkpoint, SASE, O365, ITIL, cybersecurity principles, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
