About the role

As an Associate in the Advisory Deals – Corporate Valuation Advisory team at PwC, you will support clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring by providing rigorous valuation analysis and insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct valuation analyses for M&A and other financial transactions.
  • Validate data and analytical outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and share constructive feedback.
  • Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with technical developments in valuation and related business areas.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (advanced degree such as MBA or CFA preferred).
  • GPA above 3.0 (or equivalent academic distinction).
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
