Agronomy Assistant

About the role

Goldenagri is looking for an Agronomy Assistant to support its division in managing field operations, budgets, labour and equipment. The position is based in Bukit Santuh Estate (Kalteng) and requires relocation to the company's needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards, and create monthly and daily work plans and goods needs
• Submit monthly operational funding requests and coordinate the morning meeting at the division office
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani so that daily work targets are met, and arrange labour, equipment and vehicles for field work
• Manage material requests, monitor deliveries, and supervise third-party work against contract specifications
• Supervise agronomic work, working hours and use of labour and materials, and check daily reports
• Pay wages on schedule, approve overtime orders and explain the difference between budgeted and actual costs
• Handle harvest logistics, including sending harvested cargo to the destination MCC and storing TBS and brondolan safely
• Ensure OSH compliance, coach subordinates, and build good relations with employees, officials and the community

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Agronomy
• Up to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Agronomy
• Good communication skills
• Willing to relocate to Bukit Santuh Estate (Kalteng)
