About the role

The Admin Centre position supports the production division by managing warehouse inventory flow and handling various administrative tasks for the management team. This role is based in Tangerang and works closely with both the branch and head office.

Key responsibilities

Record incoming and outgoing warehouse items according to production needs.
Verify and control supporting data for director‑level reporting.
Organise hard‑copy documents in a tidy filing system for easy retrieval.
Perform additional administrative duties as directed by the directors.

Required profile

Female candidates only.
Minimum education: high school (SMA/SMK) or a bachelor's degree.
Honest, high integrity, hard‑working and ethical.
Experience in administrative work; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to speak Mandarin.

Basic administrative and record‑keeping abilities.
