About the role

The YES! Apprenticeship 2026 at the Bandaraya Factory offers fresh graduates a hands‑on experience within Nestlé’s multinational food and beverage operations. Over six months, apprentices will work directly with professional teams, gaining insight into real‑world business practices and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional projects aligned with Nestlé’s business objectives.
• Support daily operational tasks in an offline manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members to analyse data, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
• Attend training sessions and the YES! Apprenticeship x SiapKerja program mandated by the Ministry of Labour.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Strong motivation to learn and grow within a multinational FMCG company.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to commit to a six‑month apprenticeship program.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
