Telemarketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an adaptive, goal‑driven Telemarketing Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing telemarketing team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding representatives to achieve sales targets while optimizing funnel strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and lead the Telemarketing team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs; conduct regular check‑ins, 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Design and implement effective lead generation processes; collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and maintain a healthy cost of acquisition.
• Analyze funnel metrics, generate actionable insights for leadership and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate smooth lead handovers with Marketing and Sales, supporting campaign initiatives that improve lead quality and conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer experience and long‑term relationship building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Telemarketing Manager, Supervisor or Lead Telesales Manager.
• Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices.
• Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday.
