Supply Chain & Operations Consultant

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Consultant in Jakarta. Management consultants focus on strategy and organizational change, while supply chain consultants help clients build strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment, and connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess, design and implement supply chain and operations strategies.
• Lead or support engagements in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Use data analytics and digital tools to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps to improve supply chain resilience and sustainability.
• Support business development, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Work cross-functionally with strategy, technology and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in a consulting role focused on supply chain and operations.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g. APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a global consulting firm or industry leadership role is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing or operational transformation.
• Experience with digital supply chain technologies, ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
