Air Pricing Staff

About the role

The Air Pricing Staff will support the sales team by preparing competitive air freight quotations, negotiating rates with carriers, and maintaining accurate pricing data. This role ensures that customers receive timely and cost‑effective shipping solutions while keeping the company’s pricing strategy aligned with market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare competitive quotations for air freight shipments and negotiate rates with carriers and overseas partners.
• Coordinate with carriers and overseas partners to obtain the best possible service terms.
• Support the sales department by providing accurate and up‑to‑date pricing information for customer proposals.
• Monitor market trends, update rate databases, and ensure pricing data reflects current market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or air cargo rate management.
• Strong knowledge of EXIM air freight pricing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with carriers and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed pricing decisions.
