About the role

We are looking for a skilled Implementation and Support Specialist to deploy and maintain our Hospital Information System (HIS) and related software solutions for clients. You will work closely with customers to customize, install, and train users on the system, ensuring a smooth rollout and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients after software sale to gather data for system customization.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage timelines.
• Customize HIS, insurance, ERP, and education management modules to match client specifications.
• Deliver training sessions and create documentation for each customized solution.
• Install the customized software and all required components on client sites.
• Provide cost and time estimates for additional customizations.
• Offer second‑level support after successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation or support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team.
