Site Supervisor (Project Based)

About the role

AMODA builds prefabricated, modular spaces for retail, hospitality and service providers, with over 200 completed projects. As a Site Supervisor you manage the day-to-day operations of project sites, making sure construction follows approved plans, quality standards, safety rules, timelines and budgets. The role covers on-site quality control, site execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities so they comply with approved plans, schedules, drawings, quality and safety standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control, including routine inspections of workmanship.
• Identify defects and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective action.
• Plan, manage and allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project targets.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for productivity, discipline, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor daily progress against timelines and milestones, and prepare daily site reports and documentation.
• Work with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager on drawings, execution plans and timelines.
• Support inspections, testing and contractor performance evaluations, including KYB tests with contractor partners.
• Ensure HSE standards and site safety procedures are followed.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor's in a construction-related field is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar, with exposure to fit-out, interior or civil projects.
• Good understanding of quality standards, site inspection processes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
