About the role
Surbana Jurong is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing market across Buildings & Cities, Infrastructure & Energy, and Integrated Solutions. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment for several SJ companies, providing expert consulting to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activities: stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, talent mapping/pipelining, interviews, reference and compliance checks, and employment offers.
- Attract, build and nurture strong internal and external client networks, maintaining trust and long‑term relationships.
- Deliver recruitment processes efficiently with strong organisational skills.
- Negotiate offers and outcomes that benefit both candidates and the business while enhancing the company’s brand.
- Document, plan, market, and execute recruitment programmes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of proven experience in specialist recruitment within professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support.
