Senior Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Account Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sales process for our IT and software solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief of Sales and Marketing, you will work from our South Jakarta office and be responsible for expanding our presence in strategic sectors such as government, finance and oil & gas.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, prospecting and market research.
• Manage the full sales life‑cycle for assigned accounts, from opportunity identification to contract signing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to move opportunities through the funnel and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to solve customers’ business problems and propose tailored IT consulting solutions.
• Monitor market and competitive trends, and develop strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and P&L analyses to senior client decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to government, financial services or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven “hunter” mentality with a strong track record of closing complex, project‑based IT consulting deals.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with high attention to financial details.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team and build long‑term customer and partner relationships.
