Senior HR Reporting & Systems Executive

About the role

Kredivo Group is looking for an HR Systems & Reporting specialist to join its team on a 12-month contract. The role is central to optimising HR systems and using HR data to give actionable insights that support strategic decisions. It covers HR process optimisation, HRIS management, HR data governance and trend identification to drive HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HRIS system administrator, covering system configuration, maintenance and overall system health
• Optimise HRIS modules and functionalities to improve user experience, automate processes and ensure data integrity
• Work with HR and IT stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications for system improvements
• Manage HRIS projects such as upgrades, new module implementations and integrations with other enterprise tools
• Carry out regular data audits and enforce data governance standards so HR data is accurate and consistent across systems
• Design, build and maintain HR reports and dashboards using HRIS tools and business intelligence platforms
• Analyse data to find HR trends and turn complex findings into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an HRIS role
• Demonstrated expertise in administering and optimising enterprise-level HRIS platforms
• Prior experience with Darwinbox system migration and configuration
• Ability to manage several projects at once, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Required skills

• RDBMS and API integrations (an advantage)
• Project management tools and documentation such as Jira, Confluence or Asana
• Reports and dashboards with HRIS tools or BI software such as Tableau, PowerBI or Python
