Senior Business Development

About the role

CARE Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to expand its market presence in Indonesia. You will identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build lasting client relationships to drive revenue for our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the IT sector.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, events, and market research.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution discussions.
• Manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Participate in contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and technical teams during pre‑sales and handover phases.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within the IT industry.
• Proven track record selling software solutions, enterprise applications, SaaS, cloud services, or IT consulting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused mindset.
