Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Trainer will design and deliver capability development programs for agents and branch managers of the English Academy Center. The role focuses on enhancing sales performance through targeted training and continuous evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create training materials and modules for agents and branch managers.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve sales capability.
• Perform needs analysis with the Commercial Team to identify skill gaps.
• Collaborate with business leaders and product lines to ensure alignment of development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing capability development and track KPIs.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in education or English education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, preferably with regional or national scope.
• Experience in Edutech English Language Teaching (ELT).
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and design successful development programs.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional team leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
