Sales and Business Development Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Home Appliances (BSH) Group as a Sales and Business Development Intern in South Jakarta. You will support the sales team with order monitoring, stock reporting, and event coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in a global consumer‑goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor dealer orders and delivery status, acting as the main contact for promoters and dealer staff.
• Prepare and update the daily free‑stock report.
• Support routine brand‑store events, including on‑site assistance during weekend events.
• Assist with the employee purchase (EP) process from request to approval and follow‑up.
• Maintain and update sell‑out and purchase order trackers.
• Provide general sales administration support as needed.

Required profile

• Active university student in Business, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks.
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support weekend events.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention‑to‑detail.
