About the role
The Risk Management Analyst will support Asuransi Astra’s headquarters in South Jakarta by identifying operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies. The role focuses on protecting the company’s financial health and ensuring compliance with risk policies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess and document risks across the company’s operations.
- Develop and present recommendations to reduce risk exposure to acceptable levels.
- Analyze financial statements and other data to quantify potential impacts.
- Collaborate with business units to implement risk‑mitigation actions.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Risk Management.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a risk‑management or related analytical role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and results‑driven personality.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
