Tax and Financial Policy Officer

About the role

INDICO, Telkomsel Group's digital company, is looking for a Tax and Financial Policy professional based in South Jakarta. The role covers tax calculations, invoicing, accounting policies and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly tax calculations and filings, such as VAT, withholding tax and corporate income tax.
• Oversee tax invoice management and compliance with local regulations.
• Handle tax restitution processes and manage tax refund claims.
• Support tax audits and prepare the required documentation.
• Develop and review accounting policies, including accounting papers and technical memos.
• Ensure proper accounting measurement and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in tax and accounting; experience in a public accounting firm (KAP) is a plus.
• Experience in tax audits, restitution and working with tax consultants.
• Experience liaising with KJPP/valuers is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and PSAK/IFRS.
• Strong understanding of accounting policy and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and good communication.
