Regional Sales Manager – East Java & Outer Islands

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and product penetration across East Java and the outer islands of Indonesia, including Bali, Sulawesi and Kalimantan. The role reports to national sales leadership and is responsible for driving growth in both modern and traditional consumer retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated region.
• Drive product penetration and meet related KPI targets.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure KPI compliance.
• Oversee manpower planning and performance within the region.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the consumer goods sector.
• Proven track record managing distribution to consumer retail markets, both modern and traditional channels.
• Good proficiency in English is a plus.
