Modality Sales Specialist – IGT (Indonesia)

About the role

The Modality Sales Specialist IGT will drive sales for assigned product modalities in Indonesia, delivering accurate forecasts and developing strategic plans to meet sales and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Executes sales efforts for assigned product modalities and delivers accurate business forecasting.
• Identifies new business opportunities and develops innovative approaches to penetrate new markets or expand existing presence.
• Advises customers on technological innovations, upgrades, and addresses inquiries and complaints.
• Delivers customer presentations focusing on clinical and technical value propositions and supports tender strategies.
• Maintains and updates CRM records with accurate customer interactions and sales data.
• Partners with Marketing to provide input on sales tools, pricing strategies, and competitive threats.
• Prepares and presents analyses, reports, and performance metrics on sales activities and market trends.
• Tracks industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience (or 1 year with a Master’s) in business development, clinical sales or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent (Master’s acceptable).
• Background in Cathlab or Radiography is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of product management or commercial experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team‑selling environment.
