Quality Officer

About the role

Alfred H Knight, through its Indonesia entity PT AHK Testing Indonesia, is looking for a Quality Officer to join the team in Balikpapan. The role supports the Quality and HSE Manager in coordinating quality programs and preparing for ISO 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and control quality documentation.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective‑action (CAPA) processes.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate reporting on quality programs.
• Assist in preparation for laboratory accreditation based on ISO 17025:2017.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, focusing on ISO 17025/17020.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Public Health or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to solve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training and supervising staff.

• Google Workspace applications.
