About the role
KST is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing Staff to join its Supply Chain function in Sleman. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end procurement processes to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and specification requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate vendors, request quotations, compare costs, and negotiate terms.
- Select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to confirm delivery schedules.
- Verify received items against specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
