Project Officer – Indonesia (Contractor)

About the role

The Economic Linkages for Enhanced Value, Trade, and Exports (ELEVaTE) program, funded by Global Affairs Canada and delivered by Catalyste+, is seeking a Project Officer based in Indonesia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide programmatic and logistical support to design and implement activities that strengthen SME trade relationships and build government capacity in good governance, equity, and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in stakeholder consultations to shape strategies aligned with donor priorities.
• Assist in partnership development, assignment design, and implementation to meet country targets.
• Coordinate recruitment, arrival, placement, and departure logistics for Catalyste+ Advisors in collaboration with the Volunteer Services department.
• Support Advisors in executing work plans that adhere to program objectives and Catalyste+ policies.
• Collect content and help develop communications and marketing materials for the Marketing & Communications team.
• Represent Catalyste+ as a brand ambassador at meetings and events when required.
• Contribute to annual work plans and donor reporting.

Required profile

• Based in Jakarta or Bali, Indonesia.
• Experience in program support, partnership development, or international development projects.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple logistical tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
