Project Coordinator – THRIVE Project (Manggarai)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will improve the well‑being of children and families by coordinating, implementing, monitoring and reporting on the THRIVE project in Manggarai. The role works closely with churches, faith‑based organisations, community leaders and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the THRIVE annual plan and budget, develop implementation strategies and ensure alignment with donor and government standards.
• Identify funding gaps beyond child sponsorship, propose funding opportunities and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Provide technical advice and capacity‑building to ADP teams, local partners and community volunteers on the THRIVE model and child protection systems.
• Ensure program implementation meets organisational and donor standards, monitor quality, submit monthly and semi‑annual reports, and manage accountability and safeguarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with churches, faith‑based organisations, community and customary leaders, and government institutions to promote responsive interventions.
• Lead and mentor project staff, facilitate teamwork, monitor ITT achievement and budget expenditure, and manage risks in line with organisational policies.
