Product Executive (Hematology & Rare Disease)

About the role

AstraZeneca's Indonesia Marketing Company is looking for a Product Executive in Hematology & Rare Disease, working under the supervision of the Brand Manager. The role supports marketing plans, promotional materials, sales activities and budget development for a specific product or therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans, including distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), sales activities and promotional materials.
• Plan and design promotional materials and tools to support sales and marketing objectives.
• Assist with new product launch preparation and monitor sales promotion campaigns.
• Join field work with field staff to develop territories, understand market dynamics and demand, and identify brand-building opportunities.
• Train, motivate and guide the field force to grow the brand.
• Assist in developing the Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide the materials they need.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biosciences, Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Ability to manage medium-sized projects and to collaborate and influence teams.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage documentation and approval processes in line with regulatory and compliance policies.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Desirable: data management and relevant computer skills, analytical and strategic thinking, strategic business knowledge and insight, project management.

The position may be filled at Associate Product Executive or Product Executive level depending on experience. One seat is available; applications close on 09 November 2026.
