Procurement Supervisor

About the role

At Billstone, procurement is about making the right decisions that balance cost, quality, lead time, and business needs. We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor who can confidently manage vendors, negotiate effectively, and take ownership when plans change.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, specifications, capability, and lead time.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms.
• Monitor vendor performance, resolve quality issues, defects, claims, and delivery delays.
• Ensure purchase orders and payment requests are accurate and processed in Odoo.
• Handle procurement needs from various departments, including project‑based and urgent requests.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience as Senior Buyer, Senior Procurement Staff, Procurement Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English for written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
