Supply Chain Consultant for AIR SETARA Project

About the role

The Supply Chain Consultant will manage procurement, asset, transportation, premises and fleet functions for the AIR SETARA project in Manggarai, ensuring efficient and compliant support for project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities, prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct market assessments and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Maintain asset registers, coordinate tagging, verification and support disposal processes.
• Arrange transportation for field activities, manage service providers and keep transport records.
• Oversee office premises maintenance, utilities and safety, and support procurement of operational supplies.
• Monitor fleet usage, schedule preventive maintenance, and prepare monthly fleet reports.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in development or humanitarian contexts.
• Ability to work closely with project, finance and logistics teams and travel regularly to field sites.

Required skills

• Preparation of procurement documents (RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders).
• Asset tracking and database management.
• Coordination of transport and fleet operations.
