People Development Specialist, Panjang

About the role

Joining Nestlé means becoming part of the world’s largest food and beverage company. As a People Development Specialist in Panjang, you will design and deliver training and development programs that boost individual and organisational performance while aligning with Nestlé’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and leaders to build competency frameworks and support employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for internal and external training implementation.
• Manage general training administration, including Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Catalogue, Record and Evaluation.
• Ensure training program delivery and develop Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan.
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program.
• Implement onboarding training for new hires with factory subject‑matter experts.
• Support activities related to people involvement and development.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and people development (advantageous).
• Ability to organize training sessions and employee‑engagement events.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of leadership development concepts.
