Network Engineer – Monitoring & Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain our network monitoring infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Support team to ensure high availability and performance of all company devices across multiple data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Nagios.
• Identify, isolate and resolve network incidents as the primary point of contact.
• Optimize firewall rules, ACLs and routing across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, FS and HPE equipment.
• Produce weekly progress reports, network topology diagrams, IP address management (IPAM) records and runbooks.
• Support ISO 27001, internal and external audit activities by providing evidence and corrective actions.
• Visit the Biznet Technovillage Data Center regularly for on‑site tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in Network Operations within an enterprise or data‑center environment.
• CCNA or MTCNA certification required; CCNP, JNCIA, ACMA or Security+ highly preferred.
• Resides in the Jabodetabek area with ability to travel to Jakarta and Cimanggis as needed.

Required skills

• Zabbix or Nagios deployment and tuning.
• Configuration, CLI and troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, FS and HPE devices.
• Firewall rule management, ACL configuration and routing optimization.
• Network monitoring, IPAM and creation of network topology diagrams.
• Runbook development and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
