Master Planner

About the role

PT Mattel Indonesia is hiring a Master Planner in Bekasi. The role develops and maintains production plans based on customer demand and business priorities, balancing capacity, inventory and material availability, and works closely with production, supply chain and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, inventory and material availability.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.
• Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Cikarang or Bekasi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.
