About the role
Mattel is looking for a Product Engineer based in Bekasi. The role works with other departments to support pilot runs, establish proven methods suitable for mass production, and help define the best packaging method within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to support pilot runs and establish proven methods that can be produced in mass production
- Work with the team to find the best packaging method within the budgeted cost
- Take part in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects
- Release internal documents such as parts lists and product specifications
- Maintain production quality by monitoring weekly test results
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering background
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant in the same position
- Willingness to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of production processes, general maintenance equipment and safety
- Advanced knowledge of product development
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proactive, open-minded problem solver and team player
