Market Associate – Hospitality Tech Sales

About the role

At SiteMinder, the Market Associate will sell our hospitality technology solutions to new customers, driving revenue growth for hotels worldwide. This junior‑mid level position is based in Bali and operates remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source opportunities and conduct cold‑calling, responding to inbound inquiries, referrals and leads.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects, prepare accurate quotes and present proposals.
• Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and SiteMinder’s profit margins.
• Record all business development activities in the CRM system.
• Manage new client accounts until hand‑off to Onboarding Success or Account Management teams.
• Coordinate client events, meetings and demos, and maintain client databases and mailing lists.

Required profile

• Located in Bali or within commuting distance.
• Confident, personable and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and able to work autonomously from home.
• Basic understanding of sales targets and business development activities.
