About the role

Cititrans is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new partnerships in the transportation sector. You will lead the identification of market opportunities and shape strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that match strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to acquire new clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Network and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to effectively pitch Cititrans’ offerings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support company growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Proven track record of securing new clients and expanding business relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the capacity to develop innovative business solutions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Project‑management experience and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
