Manager – Feed Enzymes & Performance Ingredients (Animal Nutrition)

About the role

The Manager will lead BASF’s Animal Nutrition feed additive business in Indonesia, driving market development and growth of the Feed Enzymes & Performance Ingredients portfolio. The role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with all sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the feed additive market for BASF in Indonesia.
• Achieve sales, profit and KPI targets, managing the full P&L for the portfolio.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, including local GKA, strategic customers and distributors.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Technical Service Team to address customer technical needs.
• Collaborate with ASEAN Sales Management to identify growth opportunities and focus areas.
• Provide local technical support for sales activities and product launches.
• Maintain accurate volume forecasts, update Salesforce with customer interactions, opportunities and risks.
• Manage opportunities, follow‑up on delayed deals and coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Regulatory, Product Management, Marketing).

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales of feed enzymes, performance ingredients or animal nutrition products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and meet sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with key accounts and distributors.
• Experience working with technical service teams and providing technical support.
• Ability to work closely with regional (ASEAN) sales and product teams.
