Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement AI/ML solutions that address enterprise‑level use cases. You will work closely with data, application, and platform teams to deliver reliable models that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, and optimise models for anomaly detection, forecasting, classification, recommendation and decision support.
• Handle structured and unstructured data, including time‑series, tabular, text, logs and user feedback.
• Define features, labels, training and validation strategies, and establish performance metrics.
• Perform model testing, tuning, drift monitoring and continuous performance evaluation.
• Develop feedback loops, reinforcement‑learning policies and LLM/RAG workflows for summarisation, Q&A and task assistance.
• Implement AI guardrails, audit trails, confidence displays and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, forecasting and model validation.
• Experience working with time‑series, tabular or textual operational data.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning libraries such as scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and AI evaluation techniques.
