IT System Analyst – Telecommunications

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Analyst to join our telecommunications team in South Jakarta. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams and system design documents.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing systems.
• Support integration projects between internal applications and third‑party services.
• Coordinate UAT, SIT and production deployments, and manage change‑control activities.
• Investigate production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and work with technical teams to resolve them.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, performance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (story points) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
