IT Digital Product Owner Specialist

About the role

The IT Digital Product Owner Specialist will lead the design, development, and delivery of digital applications for Bussan Auto Finance. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product features align with user journeys and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor BAU processes and allocate team resources to resolve user and stakeholder issues within defined SLAs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business process requirements for application development.
• Design application page concepts and define functionality for each backlog item, ensuring alignment with the user journey.
• Conduct testing of application features based on backlog items, user journeys, and tickets using prepared test scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong IT background.
• Fluent in English.
