About the role

The HSE Specialist will lead performance assurance and reporting for CHESM projects, focusing on contractor management and offshore operations within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and processes.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments, and generate comprehensive performance reports.
Manage contractor pre‑qualification, monitor performance, and evaluate compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in oil and gas, including offshore operations and contractor performance assurance.
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
