About the role

The FPU Topside HSE Leader will oversee health, safety and environmental (HSE) performance for offshore oil and gas topside projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safe execution of simultaneous operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Plan, conduct and follow‑up HSE audits, inspections and surveillance on FPU/FLNG topside sites.
Manage SIMOPS activities and procedures to guarantee safe, efficient simultaneous operations.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in offshore oil & gas, specifically on FPU/FLNG topside projects.
Proven track record in HSE planning, assurance and safety operations management.

Required skills

HSE management system implementation (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Conducting HSE audits and inspections.
SIMOPS coordination and procedure development.
Experience with offshore topside project environments (FPU, FLNG).
