About the role
PT Imecon Teknindo, a long‑standing HR services provider, is seeking an HR Representative to work on client sites in Karawang. The role involves monitoring employee activities, handling employment administration and supporting workplace safety.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee performance and compliance at client locations.
- Process employment administration and ensure completeness of employee data.
- Conduct contract inductions and manage work‑related accidents when they occur.
- Explain fixed‑term contract (PKWT) terms to qualified workers.
Required profile
- 1–3 years experience as an HR Representative or field coordinator, preferably in an outsourcing environment handling over 500 employees.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labour law and related regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner of HR information systems, web tools and Excel.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to operate web‑based HR systems.
