HR Internship – Generalist, Branding & Development

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience across HR operations, employee branding, learning & development, and organization development within a leading media company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in daily operations across Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
• Maintain HR documentation, databases, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement programs and HR events.
• Assist in planning and executing employer branding initiatives, creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, career websites, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct training needs analysis, design training materials, and facilitate training sessions.
• Assist in developing competency frameworks and mapping for various business functions.

Required profile

• Open to active undergraduate students (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduates in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR operations, employee branding, learning & development, or organization development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and CapCut (a plus).
