About the role

The Head of the Vocational Learning Center will lead curriculum development, oversee school expansion projects, and ensure the centre operates efficiently. This senior position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula and syllabi for vocational programmes.
• Manage the school development plan, including implementation and related administrative tasks for new school initiatives.
• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the vocational learning centre to achieve high performance and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, senior management, and third‑party partners.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in vocational education and professional training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a focus on education or vocational learning is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a vocational school or similar institution.
• Proven experience in new school development and project management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to commute and relocate as needed.
