Head of Store Operations (PSIM Jogja)

About the role

The Head of Store Operations will lead daily store activities for PSIM Jogja, ensuring sales targets, service standards, SOP compliance, and overall team productivity are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, monitor sales performance, enforce service standards and SOPs, and drive team productivity.
• Oversee merchandise planning, production, procurement, stock management and distribution.
• Supervise branch stores and Head Store to maintain consistent operational and sales performance.
• Manage relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers, production partners and other stakeholders.
• Analyze sales, inventory and operational data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Operations Management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations, inventory management, team supervision and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Accurate or similar inventory/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yogyakarta.
