About the role
The FPU Expeditor will manage expediting and logistics for equipment in oil and gas projects, ensuring proactive planning, order follow‑up and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Optimise expediting of equipment, proactively plan deliveries and follow up on orders placed by contractors/subcontractors, reporting to relevant departments.
- Coordinate procurement activities for packages and bulk items, ensuring compliance with project procurement procedures and supporting overall project execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Material, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in expediting or logistic services within a major oil and gas company.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience in the oil/gas industry and 10 years of supply‑chain experience.
- Experience in the execution phase of projects, optimisation of equipment expediting, and working with EPCI contractors.
