Financial Controller – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Bosch is looking for a motivated Financial Controller to join its Jakarta South office on a one‑year fixed‑term basis. You will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting and project analysis to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of the statements.
• Develop the company’s budget and financial forecasts.
• Calculate financial aspects of new projects.
• Support ongoing projects with financial insights.
• Handle ad‑hoc financial tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP accounting software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
